  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds up to 30 days after purchase

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no refund for partial month usage

  • Enterprise accounts require written notice and may have different terms based on contract agreements

  • Credit Card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing completion

  • PayPal refunds are usually instant once we process the refund from our end

  • Bank transfer refunds may take 7-10 business days depending on your banking institution

  • If your original payment method is no longer active, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method

Important Refund Limitations

Data and Account Information

When processing refunds, we want to ensure you understand what happens to your account data and information. Your expense tracking data remains accessible during the refund review period.

After a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to our free tier if available, or deactivated if you've requested full account closure. We recommend exporting any important financial data before initiating a refund request.

Account reactivation after a refund may require creating a new subscription, and previously deleted data cannot be recovered once the account closure process is complete.
